Vuvatech.com Return Policy?
Vuvatech offers a 30-day return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product safety bag or safety seal on the full set has not been opened. If the item is refused at customs by the purchaser, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping and return costs. The remainder product cost minus shipping fees will be returned to the purchaser. No shipping charges will be refunded.
Regarding the shipping policy, all orders are processed within 1 business day. Order placed after 11am will ship out the following business day. Vuvatech does not ship any orders on USPS Postal Holidays. All orders will be mailed out the next business day. Shipping charges for the order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the address is wrong, the purchaser will not be reimbursed for shipping costs or reshipment costs. If the purchaser receives the order damaged, Vuvatech will replace it at no charge. However, Vuvatech is not responsible for stolen packages and will not refund any orders due to these circumstances.
For international orders, Vuvatech ships DHL Express and USPS International Shipping. Vuvatech is not responsible for delays in customs as this is beyond their control. If the purchaser gets charged an import duty tax from customs, this is something the purchaser would be responsible for. DHL Express is 2-7 days, UPS Standard (Canada and Mexico Only) is 3-5 Days, UPS Expedited is 3-8 Days, and APC Economy International can take 10 - 35 days depending on location due to customs.
